As an active member of the customer service team, you will deliver a high level of customer service by providing accurate and informed responses.

Using effective oral and written communication skills, you will possess a courteous and professional manner when dealing with customers.

You hold a flexible ad adaptable approach to work, remaining cool when under pressure of tight deadlines, whilst always maintaining a pleasant telephone manner.

You must have good keyboard and PC skills.
